Beyond Rest - Collingwood: Float & Infrared Sauna Wellness

Beyond Rest was gifted to me as a present and what an experience it was. The venue itself is very relaxed and calming in itself. The staff here are really friendly and helpful making the experience a pleasant one. The whole setup is beautiful, quiet, intimate and private so you feel very comfortable the whole way. The float tanks are large and you have your own room with a private shower and everything included. It was an interesting and cool experience and I couldn't think of a better place for such a treat.

I need to start leaving some more critical reviews overall, but I can’t start today: Floating worked perfectly for me, and the staff were relaxed and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all and managed to just be in the moment. Payment after the float allowed me to decide if this would be a one-off… I decided to book a 3 session intro for $177. Can’t wait.

Well set up float facility in Collingwood. Ambience is very calm and it's far enough away from main streets that the space is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and keen to ensure you have a good experience. If you are a first time floater they have an excellent article to help ensure you get the most from your experience. Everything you need is provided. Towels, ear plugs, vaseline for any cuts or scrapes. Showers are in the same room as your tank so you don't have to wander around in a towel. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer is quality. The tanks are very spacious with plenty of room to have your arms or legs in different positions. I like how they provided fresh water spray in the tank should you get the salt water in your eye. Afterwards there is a room to fix your hair and a chill space with water and tea. I enjoyed my float, perfect after a rather full on week. I recommend this site if you are wanting to explore float tanks and relaxation.

I use the infrared sauna here frequently and it has helped immensely with inflammation in my shoulder. Not to mention the improvement in my skin (clearer and tighter) and just general recovery from quite an active lifestyle. It is an amazing establishment as there are also floatation tanks which is a great way to complement a sauna session. In addition to this, the staff are really lovely and make this place a real treat to visit.

Wow. My first time experiencing a float. Extremely amazing and so happy I did it. Staff were so helpful and nothing was a hassle for them from the start to the end. As a person with limited eyesight wasn’t sure how I would get on. Was I surprised when I arrived there staff stated that they were expecting me and the welcome was very much appreciated.The experience in my first float was truly amazing, so relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely return as I have taken out one of their generous packages. The feeling after my first time float was that of comfort in a level I have not felt for a long time. Thank you all staff was truly amazing. If anyone is thinking about experiencing a float my comment would be use Beyond Rest, Collingwood. You won’t be disappointed.
